April’s passion for real estate began with her family’s first home purchase while her husband was serving in the Army. Since then, she and her husband, David, have bought, sold, renovated, and invested in multiple properties across multiple states, giving her firsthand experience as both a homeowner and investor.

April became a licensed real estate agent in 2019 and went on to earn her broker’s license so she could serve her clients at a higher level. After relocating from Kentucky to Moselle, Mississippi in 2024, April saw an opportunity to bring exceptional service, clear communication, and genuine care to buyers, sellers, and investors in the Pine Belt.

Whether helping a first-time buyer, a seasoned investor, or a family navigating a major life transition, April’s goal is to make every client feel informed, supported, and valued from start to finish.

April and David have been married for 25 years and are raising five children, along with a very spoiled beagle mix who believes she runs the household. For April, repeat clients and referrals are one of the greatest honors because they reflect the trust she works hard to earn with every family she serves.
